220ml of smooth caramel deliciousness… drizzle on a waffle or ice-cream, add it to a smoothie or simply gobble it up out of the jar! Who knew you could eat fudge out of a jar!!!

This is our adaptation of the delicious Indian sweetmeat called Laddu typically rolled into balls and made with ghee which we have substituted with coconut oil to make it plant-based. We are so grateful for the inspiration of this timeless classic from India.

Ingredients: chana (chickpea) flour, mixed nuts (typically macadamia, almond, cashews),  coconut milk & oil, jaggery (unrefined crystalized sugar cane juice), lemon zest, salt, spices
