What is the difference between mohair and kid mohair?
Mohair is a yarn made from angora hair with exceptional elasticity and durability. Mohair is strong, thin, glossy fiber and one of the best natural materials, you can also easily dye it. Kid mohair is fiber from goats up to six months. This is a thin and soft fiber, but with a lower luster than regular mohair.

Mohair does tend to leave lint on clothes and furniture but does settle once washed a couple of timesWe recommend that you wash your scarf separately as there may be a small amount of dye run.For the longevity of your finished item we recommend hand washing your hand-woven items, use shampoo rather than a strong detergent. Dry hand-woven scarf flat in the shade and treat them gently to help them keep their shape and stay precious.Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry.Avoid direct exposure to the sun for long periods and open flames.
