Note: While collection is in-person, many of our products come directly from artisans and makers. The R90 fee helps cover internal handling and transport costs.

In-Stock Items
- Dispatch Time: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed
- Delivery Estimates:
- Main Centres: 2–3 working days
- Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Kimberley, East London
- Outlying Areas: 3–4 working days
- Surrounding suburbs or towns outside major cities
- Main Centres: 2–3 working days
Collections
- Collection available at Prison Break Market, Midrand
- Stock availability will be confirmed before collection
- We’ll notify you when your order is ready

Backorders / Made-to-Order Items
If your item is not in stock or marked as backorder, the following applies:

When is Peak Season?
The following periods may impact processing and delivery times:
- Black Friday & Cyber Monday (Late November – Early December)
- Summer Holiday Season (Mid-December – Early January)
- Easter Weekend & Public Holidays
- Christmas & Year-End Holidays
During these times, production and courier networks experience high volumes, which may cause delays.

- No deliveries on weekends or public holidays unless pre-arranged
- Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees
- Tracking details will be emailed to you after dispatch
- You have 36 hours to collect from a Pudo locker once notified

- All timeframes provided are estimates, not guarantees
- We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, strikes, holidays, or third-party disruptions
- Ensure your contact and address details are accurate
- Parcels returned to sender due to incorrect info will require a re-shipping fee, payable by the customer
