Where We Ship We currently ship within South Africa only.
Specialized Hotel & Lodge Delivery: We offer direct delivery to hotels and guest houses for travellers and tourism gifting.

Estimated Delivery Times
We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Look for the “Ships within…” label on product pages to understand when your item will leave our warehouse.

Important Note on Dispatch:
Dispatch times (e.g., ‘Ships within 24 hours’) refer to business days only (Monday – Friday) and exclude public holidays. For items with custom finishes like embroidery, please allow an additional 4 business days on top of the stated dispatch time.

- Main Centres: 2–3 working days
- Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Kimberley, East London
- Outlying Areas: 3–4 working days
- Surrounding suburbs or towns outside major cities
- Main Centres: 2–3 working days
Backorders / Made-to-Order Items
If your item is not in stock or If your item is marked as Pre-Order or Made-to-Order, the following production timeframes apply:

When is Peak Gifting Season?
The following periods may impact processing and delivery times due to high demand for South African artisanal gifts:
- Black Friday & Cyber Monday (Late November – Early December)
- Summer Holiday Season (Mid-December – Early January)
- Easter Weekend & Public Holidays
- Christmas & Year-End Holidays
During these times, production and courier networks experience high volumes. We recommend ordering your gifts early to avoid disappointment.

- No deliveries on weekends or public holidays unless pre-arranged
- Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees
- Tracking: Details will be emailed to you immediately after your gift is dispatched.
- Pudo Collection: You have 36 hours to collect from a Pudo locker once notified.
- Courier Responsibility: Local is Lekker ZA is not directly affiliated with our partner courier companies (such as Shiprazer , Courier IT, RAM, or The Courier Guy) and does not control their individual operational policies.

- We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, strikes, holidays, or third-party disruptions
- Ensure your contact and address details are accurate
- Parcels returned to sender due to incorrect info will require a re-shipping fee, payable by the customer
