You must be 18+ or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products & Artisanship
All products are proudly made in South Africa. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in size, colour, and finish may occur and are not considered defects.

9. Custom and Personalised Products
Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective. Please ensure details such as size, spelling, and colours are correct before placing your order.

All products—excluding books and perishable items—are covered under the Consumer Protection Act’s 6-month implied warranty. This warranty covers defects not disclosed at the time of sale and excludes any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
