Healthy Recipes: Yoghurt Cake

You can add bits of fruit or nuts to the recipe if you would like!


  • 200 ml yoghurt

  • 375 ml flour

  • 10 ml baking powder

  • 125 ml oil

  • 250 ml sugar

  • 2.5 ml salt

  • Cinnamon

  • Moist brown sugar


  • Set your oven at 180 and grease a pie dish.
  • Sift dry ingredients.
  • Add oil and yoghurt.
  • Spoon into pie dish.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
