Are all the products on your website made or produced locally?
Yes, all of the products on our website and in our shop are made or produced locally by small businesses and artisans in Africa.
How do I know if a local product is sustainably produced or environmentally friendly?
We provide a category that supports products that are sustainability produced or environmentally friendly. Each eco-friendly product will have a badge or more information on this. If you have any specific questions, please contact us for more information.
How do I know if a product will fit me or my space?
We provide detailed measurements and sizing information for each product on our website. If you have any questions about the fit or size of a product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards for your local products?
We offer gift cards online for our local products. We don’t offer gift wrapping yet online but if you give us a call, we’ll make a plan for you for sure.
Do you treat your artisans well?
We value having positive relationships with our artisans and small local companies. We make every effort to treat people fairly and ethically. We also work with small businesses that are transparent and ethical in their handling of their employees.
How long does it take to receive my order?
If we have it in stock, you’ll receive it within a week. Our custom-made orders usually take up to 2-3 weeks to make before courier collection. Many customers call if the product is time-sensitive and 90% of the time we can always assist. Please note that every artisan and product is unique so this may vary. We will however keep you updated.
How do I care for my handmade product?
Care instructions are normally offered on the goods or online, or you may contact us for additional information.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Are your payments secure?
Yes, Payfast & Yoco are very well-known, trusted, secure and safe payment gateways to use online. Peach payment option coming soon.
