Our Soothing Muscle Massage Oil has been specifically formulated for the stimulation of muscles and blood flow. Containing a blend of essential oils which have a stimulating effect on the blood flow and the following particular benefits:

• Eases inflammation and it is highly analgesic with natural pain – killing effects.
• Perfect for sports massage (and sport injuries) because it helps to relax overworked muscles.
• The added Arnica essential oil can assist in speeding up the healing process of pain and swelling associated with bruises, sprains, pulls and muscle aches.
• Cooling on the skin but warms the muscles, preventing muscle aches and stiff joints.

Usage:
Arnica is used to relieve sore muscles and it is particularly useful as a sports massage oil before or after exercise. When using pre exercise use light gentle strokes before activity to avoid deep tissue work which is best done after exercise on tired sore muscles. Pour a small amount into your palm and rub between hands to warm slightly. This ensures your hands won’t be too cold when coming into contact with the skin.
